Objectives: 
  • Give an understanding of basic hydraulics controls
  • Achieve a reasonable ability to decipher hydraulics schematics
  • Principles hydraulic problems, sources or causes.
  • Localize hydraulic drawing components to their locations in selected power packs at customer site and distinguish them effectively.
  • Dealing with the customized problems faced by your engineers on your equipment which is being used on the shop floor.
  • Know-how to test and inspect normal switching DC valves, pressure valves, flow valves and isolator valves.
  • Training on how to disassemble and re-assemble a variable piston type pump to be chosen from your facility.
  • Preventive maintenance and trouble-shooting.
 

Contents:

 
  • Necessary definitions of hydraulics terms.
  • Building up a step-by-step virtual simple hydraulic diagram by adding necessary components in a logical and sequenced manner.
  • Explanation of the operation principle of hydraulic components used in such diagram.
  • Explain on one or more hydraulic drawings of uncomplicated factory machines, to gain enough ability to follow them up.
  • Practical training as mentioned above
  • Necessary classroom sessions to illustrate cross section of components and their functions, accompanied with their standard symbols.
  • Filtration process in detail.
 

Duration:

 
  • 8 Working days, with a possible break of 1 day in between.
 

Training Aids for demonstrations:

 
  • Like cut-sections of each element and Training Manuals will be arranged by GHP.
 

Provisions to be made by Customer:

 
  • Training hall, LCD Projector, White Board, Seating arrangements for participants.
 

Participants:

 
  • 20 (number restricted for better interaction). Hydraulics foremen or engineers who have hydraulic systems within their scope of responsibility.
 

Single Course Fees:

 
  • Will be reasonable and will be sent to the Customer Human Resources & Training in-Charge.
 

Trainer:

 
  • The Training Program is to be conducted by two faculty members under supervision of Gulf Hydraulic & Pneumatic.
